The Project "the One" ordered by the Hotel the One to intervene in its Restaurant and Terrace (Level 8) stems from the need to create an unparalleled space in Barcelona, the offer of traditional Catalan food, and with the privileged views of the Mediterranean, allow that experiment of connection between the sea and the cosmopolitan life of its guests. This is how the Rooftop of the Hotel the One was redesigned, celebrating elements, colors, textures of the sea with an ever-changing design with lighting that turns to eat in the afternoon as partying at night. An exterior deck serves as a great showcase in the shape of a wave to call visitors to enjoy the spatial and gastronomic proposal of the 5-star Grand Luxury Hotel.

El Proyecto "the One" encargado por el Hotel the One para intervenir en su Restaurante y Terraza (Nivel 8) nace de la necesidad de crear un espacio inigualable en Barcelona, la oferta de comida tradicional catalana, y con las privilegiadas vistas al Mediterráneo, permiten ese experimento de conexión entre el mar y la vida cosmopolita de sus huéspedes. Así fue como se rediseñó la Azotea del Hotel The One, celebrando elementos, colores, texturas del mar con un diseño siempre cambiante con iluminación que convierte a comer por la tarde como de fiesta por la noche. Un cubierta exterior que sirve como un gran escaparate en forma de ola para llamar a los visitantes a disfrutar de la propuesta espacial y gastronómica del Grand Luxury Hotel 5 estrellas.
